Homeowners
When working with Rental Managers (Homeowners, Hosts, Realty Agents, Property Management Companies) we have 3 options:
Inclusive Package:
We will work with the Homeowner/Manager to create a linen package (based on beds and average occupancy) to accommodate your house, which we will deliver each week based on a list of arrivals and departures you provide. Some Managers have the cleaning crew make the beds; some leave that to the tenants. If the Manager wants the cleaning crew to make the beds, we will deliver the linen package the day before the tenant’s arrival. This way, the cleaning crew is not waiting for our arrival to make the beds. In order to keep the linen delivery out of the current tenant’s way, we usually deliver to an outside storage box, garage, shed, etc. The Manager sends us a list of arrival & departure dates (tenant last name is helpful also) at the beginning of the season, making changes and updates as they arise.
Lease Add-On Package:
With this option, we will work with the Homeowner/Manager to create a package to accommodate your house. The Homeowner/Manager can then give their tenants the option of adding the linen package onto their lease.The Homeowner/Manager will let us know the arrival and departure dates of those tenants that have chosen the linen package option; we will take the rest from there. If the Manager is having the cleaning crew make the beds, we can deliver the day before for their convenience.
Referral Option:
If the Homeowner/Manager is unsure whether they want to provide a linen package for their tenants, they can simply refer the tenants directly to us. Tenants can order over the phone or through our website.
Custom Package:
If your needs do not fit into any of the above three options, we would be happy to work with you to create a custom package that fits your needs..
Homeowner/Manager Discount:
With the Inclusive and Add-On Packages, we offer the Homeowner/Manager a discount with a minimum of 5 orders per address. The 1 st 10 orders receive 10% off; 15% from 11 th order and on, per calendar year. We require a credit card to be on file with these two options. Payment is processed one-week before delivery.
Season Opening & Closing Bedding Cleaning:
After a busy summer season, it is a great idea to have your bedspreads, mattress pads, pillows, area rugs, etc. cleaned so stains don’t set. Your bedding will remain beautiful longer! We can do that. For more information, click here: CoastalLaundryService.com
